Photovoltaic Permit Standards Document
This 4 page document approved in November 2008 by the Tri Chapter Uniform Code Committee of the International Code Council (an organization of building officials in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas) establishes a uniform set of residential photovoltaic permit submittal guidelines. It is up to each local jurisdiction to adopt this or not. This guideline will promote uniformity of solar photovoltaic plans in our region and help expedite permit issuance.
